How it works
Dispatch. Every order leaves our warehouse within 48 hours of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Tracking. All shipments are trackable end to end. If a parcel stalls in transit, message us — we'll chase the carrier and, in the worst case, reship or refund.
Customs & duties. Delivery times above are after dispatch. Import duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country's rules — these are set by your government, not by us, and are the receiver's responsibility.
